1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to consider case of the petitioner for transfer from present place of posting to out of Scheduled area, within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to the respondent to decide representation of the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon’ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady doctor and is posted and working at Lt. B.K.M.M. College, Dimrapal, Jagdalpur, District – Bastar since last about 08 years, which is a Tribal/Scheduled area. Petitioner had submitted an application for transfer to a non- scheduled area before the Respondent No. 1 on 09.06.2025. The application submitted by the petitioner before the Respondent No. 1 is till date pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 1 to consider an take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner for posting at non-scheduled area at the earliest.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the application submitted by the petitioner, she is having no objection to the limited prayer.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before the Respondent No. 1 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner along with pending representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
