(Oral) Petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit along with Miscellaneous Application (IA/1/2026), the same is taken on record. Misc. Application (IA/1/ 2026) made therefor, stands allowed. 2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.2 to permit him to cut the trees standing over the land of petitioner which he purchased on 25.02.2019 and 25.07.2019 from Mr. Pappu S/o Shri Moola Singh and Mr. Anil Kumar S/o Late Santosh Kumar. 3. From perusal of the record and sale deed, it is clear that the petitioner is owner of the land in- question, but, on perusal of the Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, it is reflected that Revenue Suit under Section 176 of the U.P.Z.A.&L.R. Act is pending in the Court of Assistant Collector-First Class, Laksar, District Haridwar, wherein, learned Revenue Court has passed an order dated 30.10.2024, whereby, the parties are directed to maintain status quo and 2026:UHC:3599 2 restrained from sale and purchase of the property in- question. 4. In such view of the matter, the prayer so made by learned counsel for petitioner cannot be granted by this Court in view of the pendency of aforesaid Revenue Suit before the Assistant Collector- First Class, Laksar, District Haridwar,. Thus, no interference is warranted by this Court. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in-limine. Petitioner may move an application in the Court of Assistant Collector-First Class, Laksar, District Haridwar, to clarify the order dated 30.10.2024 to the extent which he prayed before this Court.
