Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The learned Government's counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, the representation dated 12.12.2025 was filed for cancellation of patta, issued in favour of private parties. However, the said private parties were not impleaded in this petition. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 4. In view of the above, this Court finds substance in the submission made by the respondents. Further, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
