Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ whereby quash/set-aside the impugned order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the District Education Officer, District- Janjgir-Champa. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased pass similar order in the instant case of the Petitioner in parity with the order passed in W.P. (S) No. 11642 of 2025 (Smt. Renuka Singh V/s State of Chhattisgarh and Others) as the petitioner is also a similarly situated employee. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ whereby direct the respondent to authorities consider the pending representations of the petitioner in the light of the order passed in W.P. (S) No. 11642 as the same is judgment in rem. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to direct the respondent authorities to complete the counselling process in accordance with the Yuktiyuktkaran policy as per the correct seniority list. 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favor of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that representation submitted by petitioner on 09.03.2026 before the respondent No.5 is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.5 to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
