The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.133 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 85, 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 352, 303(2), 109 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M. Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be husband of the informant and subsequently in the mediation the matter has been compromised and thereafter the present case has been lodged. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner happened to be husband. 5. Annexure-3 is a document which suggests that the matter was mediated and it was compromised and after five months of the 2026:JHHC:10099 --2-- A.B.A. No. 1431 of 2026 said compromise the present case has been lodged and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
