2 Ambikapur, District Surguja, C.G. in Civil Suit No.174A/2015 whereby the application filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for granting decree of divorce has been dismissed.
2. At the very outset learned counsel for the appellant would submit that on account of certain subsequent developments which have taken place i.e. solemnization of marriage by both the parties seperately, the appellant do not want to press this appeal.
