P.P. …...... 02/ 17.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Leaned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The bail application has been earlier rejected. Petitioner is the husband. The death is unnatural within seven years of marriage. There is evidence for demand of dowry and torture. The trial is in progress. Only four witness remains to be examined in this case and three witnesses have already been examined. 5. Considering the material at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sudamdih P.S. Case No.25 of 2024 (S.T. No.467 of 2024), pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dhanbad, stands rejected. 6. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed. 7.
