Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a bus operator. She filed an application dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure-P/3) for the grant of permit to ply her bus bearing registration No.1536 from BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2026.03.03 17:40:23 +0530 2 Manendragarh to Surajpur, before respondent No.2, but the same has not been decided yet. Learned counsel for the State has no objection in allowing the limited prayer of the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.2/ Regional Transport Authority to decide the application dated 15.12.2025 (Annexure-P/3) filed by the petitioner, within 30 days from the date of receipt/ submission of a copy of this order. 6.
