The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to order fresh investigation in Crime No.398 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to file a proper report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruporur. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and a final report was filed and the same was also taken on file as CC No. 434 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruporur. 3. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be that inspite of their specific averment that two more accused are also involved, they have been left out without any reason. Further, the nature of injury is grievous in nature, whereas the final report is filed only for simple injury. In view of the said submission, considering the fact that already the final report has been filed and the offences have been taken cognizance, this petitioner is being examined as P.W.1, it will be open for the petitioner to depose about the other accused involved and also about the nature of injury and at that point of time, the trial court shall look into the matter and if necessary take further steps in accordance with law to implement the other accused and also to alter the charge depending on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 20086 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 veracity and the proof with reference thereof.
