The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in issuing notice dated 10.07.2026, calling upon the petitioners to vacate the premises within a period of 24 hours, on the ground that they are in illegal occupation of the property, thereby blocking access to the neighbour’s property. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the notice calling upon the petitioners to vacate the premises within a period of 24 hours is irrational and arbitrary. 3. Ms. V.Sirisha Rani, learned Standing counsel appearing for respondent No.3, submits that the notices were issued in pursuance of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.35246 of 2025, which was filed by respondent No.4. This Court had directed respondent No.5 therein, i.e., respondent No.3 herein, to remove the unauthorized shops which are blocking access to the petitioner’s property and that respondent No.3 is also required to furnish an Action Taken Report before this Court. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that the petitioners required reasonable time to vacate the premises. 3 HN, J W.P.No.19982_2026 5. The learned Standing counsel submits that the respondents are willing to grant 30 days’ time to the petitioners to remove their movable articles and other valuables from the subject property. 6. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed off, making it clear that respondent No.3 shall ensure the petitioners vacate the premises within the time frame stipulated above; failing which necessary action shall be initiated by respondent No.3 in accordance with law. 7. With the above observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
