The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in these cases, the petitioners filed the representations dated 09.03.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to classify the subject land as an agricultural land. However, the said representations were not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, these petitions. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record. 5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 09.03.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
