The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No.663 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 74, 78 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegation is made of outraging the modesty on telephone call. He further submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the parties and they have compromised the matter and compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure-2 which has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 4. Annexure-2 is a document which suggests that compromise has taken place and only allegation is made of outraging the modesty on telephone call and in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
