Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for complete record in respect of seniority list issued on 17/10/2025 and forwarding of ACR’s of the petitioner for consideration of posting in counseling for kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2. To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, to respondents to post the petitioner in present place of posting or 10 post of Head masters lying vacant in Block Nagri, District Dhamtari. 10.3 To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances may also be issued in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was due for promotion to the post of Head Master Primary School. When other eligible candidates were considered, he could not be promoted and later on, promotion order of petitioner was issued on 1.1.2026, however, by that time other promoted persons have been posted at their option according to the policy formulated by the State Government. After promotion, as per information gathered by petitioner, some posts of Head Master within Nagri Block are lying vacant and therefore, petitioner may be permitted to submit representation along with all particulars and documents before respondent No.2 for posting him at the place of his choice and in turn, respondent 3 No.2 be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for respondent-State would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner seeking permission to submit representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for parties and perused documents available in record of writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage permitting petitioner to submit detailed representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance as portrayed in this writ petition. If petitioner submits representation before respondent No.2, the same shall be considered and decided by them in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
