It is submitted that Respondent No.4 died on 09.07.2025. Hence, the Revision Case against Respondent No.4 is abated. The order dated 08.09.2021 passed in M.C.No.287 of 2021 by the learned Mandal Executive Magistrate, Kadapa in purported exercise of powers under Section 145(4) of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’ has an operative life of only six months under Section 144(4) of ‘the Cr.P.C.’ In that view of the matter, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous because of passage of time. No order as to costs. However, there are civil suites pending between the Petitioner and the Legal representatives of Respondent No.4.
