When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner joined the virtual Court proceedings through video conferencing while seated inside a car. 2. This Court disapproves of such conduct, as it falls short of the standards of decorum and solemnity expected in judicial proceedings. The learned counsel is therefore, cautioned to ensure that henceforth, participation in virtual hearings is made only from a proper office or other appropriate professional setting, so as to maintain the dignity of the Court and the sanctity of judicial proceedings. 3.
