Thereafter, as the conduct of the petitioner was objectionable, the defacto complainant broke off the relationship and ceased all contact with him. However, the petitioner began sending messages insisting that she marry him, threatening to send her private photographs to her relatives if she refused. Subsequently, the defacto complainant’s family arranged her marriage to another person for 26.04.2026. In an act of vengeance, the petitioner sent private and obscene photographs of the defacto complainant to the prospective bridegroom on 19.06.2026, thereby causing disruption and chaos in the family. Hence the case.
