The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant under Section 19(1) of Family Courts Act, 1984 against the interim order dated 20.07.2023 however, the main case i.e. Civil Case No. 55/2022 is pending consideration before the learned 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Raipur, (C.G.). 2 2. We have heard learned counsel for appellant at length and perused the record. 3. Since the impugned order is an interlocutory order not the >nal order, therefore it would be expedient to direct the Family Court Raipur to consider and dispose the main Civil Case No. 55/2022 itself within 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties. 4.
