The facts leading to the filing of the case are as follows: The Petitioners had worked in various capacities in the Departments of the Respondents and on attaining the age of superannuation in the year 2025, they had retired from the service. Though the Petitioners are entitled for retirement benefits, the same has not been disbursed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the claim forms of the Petitioners were submitted and the retirement benefits are calculated, audited and placed in the CFMS portal.
