Case No. 375 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery from the petitioner is of one mobile phone, one USA made black iron pistol, two black iron pistols(made in USA) with wooden buts, seven magzines and five live cartridges. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2025. 5. Considering the recovery of illegal arms from the petitioner, this Court is into inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
