Sundar, CJ] [1] This common consent order will now dispose of captioned 4 (four) ‘Miscellaneous cases’ (‘MCs’ for the sake of convenience). [2] Mr. Md. Murtaza Ahmed, learned counsel on record for sole applicant led by Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior advocate is before this Court (Physical Court) in captioned four MCs. [3] One ‘Shri Meitankeisangbam Indrajit Singh’ (‘M. Indrajit Singh’ for the sake of convenience) has been arrayed as first respondent in one of the captioned MCs i.e., MC(MAT. APP.) No. 1 of 2026 but before filing the MC, Mr. M. Indrajit Singh had died and date of demise is 25.08.2024. [4] Mr. Laishram Sanamacha Singh, learned counsel on record for respondents in all captioned MCs submits that learned counsel is not filing affidavit/s-in-opposition and the captioned MCs are not opposed. [5] This Court is informed that main matrimonial appeal i.e., MAT. APP. No. 4 of 2016 pertains to guardianship qua guardianship of minors and this Court is further informed that matter is heading for settlement by resorting to mediation. In this view of the matter, without dilating more on facts and without being detained by facts, this Court deems it appropriate to write that all four captioned MCs are allowed/ordered as prayed for. P a g e 4 | 4 [6] Considering the nature of the matter and also as the matter is heading for mediation, Registry to carry out necessary and consequential amendments in case files by today (24.06.2026). Registry to process MC bearing Filing No. MC(Mat. App.)/58/2026, CNR No. MNHC010000582026 with the prayer to restore MAT. APPEAL No. 4 of 2016 and MC(MAT. APP.)
