P.P. …...... 02/ 09.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as they are in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 191(3), 190, 126(2), 324(4) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There are general and ominous allegation against these petitioners of rioting. There is nothing specific against these petitioners. It is alleged that only on the basis of CCTV footage, petitioners have been identified. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that petitioners are in custody since 22.11.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua Police Station Case No.282 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioners, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioners shall appear and mark their attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Giridih once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
