Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8241 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.1592 of 2025 vide order dated 24.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required. 4.
