The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner drove a car in a rash and negligent manner, and when the de facto complainant requested him to slow down, the petitioner abused him using filthy language and assaulted him with his hands. Hence, the case. 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner’s earlier anticipatory bail application was dismissed on 30.06.2026 and that there is no change in circumstances since the dismissal of the said application. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation against the petitioner and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court finds no ground to deviate from its earlier conclusion.
