The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to receive and consider her online application dated 15.06.2026 submitted in Form CCAP, along with the prescribed fee, for the grant of an autorickshaw permit to operate within a radius of 30 kilometres from Salem Town Old Bus Stand, Salem, Salem District. 3. The petitioner states that the Government of Tamil Nadu has issued orders enabling the grant of autorickshaw permits upon receipt of applications. With the intention of obtaining a fresh permit, the petitioner submitted the above application. Her grievance is that the application has not been considered by the respondent. 4.
