The ground, on which, the transfer is sought for is that two cheques were misused by the respondent/complainant. One cheque was presented at Coimbatore, for which, a case is pending and the other cheque is now presented in Salem, for which, the case in S.T.C.No.61 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem district is filed. 3. Even considering the said submissions, it is for the petitioner to appropriately defend the issue. The further submission made is that the petitioner, being a lady, is finding it difficult to travel every time to attend the Court. 4. Considering the hardship that is pleaded, the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court shall stand dispensed with, except for such hearings as may be insisted upon by the Trial Court. 5. With the above relief to the petitioner, the prayer to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.61 of 2021 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur, Salem district to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore, cannot be countenanced and as such, the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.6839 of 2026 Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
