Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 13.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 63149 of 2024. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner. 4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by one weeks fo furnishing the bail bonds/surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17251 of 2026(2) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 of this order. 5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 13.02.2025 passed in Cr.
