Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) & 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 (B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84 (C) of the Information Technology Act, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits the case-diary during the court proceeding, which is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature and it is alleged that the petitioner has cheated the victim to the extent of Rs. 1,00,000/-. 4. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is repeated offence on the part of the petitioner and the petitioner as per allegation is involved in organized crime. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the criminal antecedent of similar nature against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 2026:JHHC:10033 2 6. Upon the prayer of the petitioner, it is observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. However, the fresh prayer for bail will certainly depend upon the nature of offence for which charge may be framed against the petitioner. 7.
