Garden, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai, without lawful interference from the fifth respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. It is seen that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered the same in CSR No.189 of 2026 and the enquiry is pending. 4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent, and pass appropriate orders to provide police protection in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of.
