Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Perused the materials available on record. 3. It is observed that the writ petition is devoid of merits for the simple reason that the the petitioner seeks a direction to consider the representation dated 26.12.2023 after a lapse of three years. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered at this stage. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint, if any fresh cause of action arises, if so advised. On receipt of such complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law.
