Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith release the grant under the Best Available School Scheme for the academic year 2021-2022 to 2025- 2026 in favour of the Petitioner Institution with interest and pass such other
order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith release the grant under the Best Available School Scheme for the academic year 2021-2022 to 2025-2026 in favour of the Petitioner Institution with interest and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents.
2. The instant writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not releasing the expenditure incurred by the petitioner towards expenditure under the scheme "Best Available School Scheme" introduced by the Government for the academic years 2021-22 to 2025-26.

3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the
learned counsel submitted that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the earlier Judgment rendered by this court in W.P.No.14412 of 2024 dated 02-03-2026, wherein it was held that:
“5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is
disposed of with the following directions: i) The respondent authorities shall examine the claim of the petitioner‟s school for the amount due under the „Best Available School Scheme‟ for the academic years 2020-21 and 2021-22 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this
order. ii) Upon verification and quantification of amount due to the petitioner, the amount would be disbursed to the petitioner within a further period of four (04) months. iii) There shall be no order as to costs.”
4. Following the above order, this Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the directions of the above said order, directing the respondent authorities to examine the claim of the petitioner’s School for the amount due under the ‘Best Available School Scheme’ for the academic years 2021-22 to 2025-26 within a period of five (05) months from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Registry is directed to append a copy of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.14412 of 2024 dated 02-03-2026 to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
