A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the petitioner has been charged with the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w. Section 20(b) (ii) (c) and 25 of NDPS Act 1985. 3. The e-Court diary of the concerned Court reveals that L.W.4 was chief examined and cross examined on 09.12.2025 and thereafter there is no further progress in the examination of the witnesses. 4.
