This Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2026, the first respondent / Joint Commissioner / Executive Officer has passed orders in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1443/2026/A4, dated 25.07.2026. The learned Standing Counsel further submitted that the petitioner refused to receive the said proceedings and, thereafter, obtained a listing slip from this Court for the matter to be taken up. 4. Since orders have already been passed by the first respondent, no further directions are required to be issued in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
