Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Sherbudeen, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner. 4. The case of the petitioners is that they do not want the 2nd respondent to deal with the subject property. In such circumstances, it is for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Civil Court and obtain an order of injunction in their favour. As far as objections are concerned, they can be considered only if and when the document is presented by the 2nd respondent. 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.8507 of 2026 5. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- i. Objections made by the petitioners shall be considered if and when any document is presented by the 2nd respondent after issuing due notice to both the petitioners and the 2nd respondent. ii. If the petitioners wants to prevent the 2nd respondent from producing any documents for registration, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the Competent Civil Court in the manner known to law and it is for the Civil Court to take up the matter and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. iii.
