Borah, Adv For the Respondent(s) : None (ORAL) By this application, the applicant has sought for permission to present the accompanying revision petition without producing the certified copy of the impugned Judgment and Order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Subordinate District Council Court, Shillong in T.S. No.13 of 2007. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the original certified copy obtained by the applicant in the earlier occasion has 2026:MLHC:855 remained in the record of the CRP/C.REVN. No.10 of 2026 filed earlier by the petitioner before this Court. He, therefore, prays that the applicant be allowed to prefer the accompanying revision petition without producing the certified copy of the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2022. Prayer made is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to present the accompanying civil revision petition without producing the certified copy of the judgment and order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Subordinate District Council Court, Shillong in T.S.
