[2] The petitioner filed MC(Cont.Cas(C)) No. 45 of 2026 for correcting typographical mistake in order dated 13.05.2026 passed by this Court in MC(Cont.Cas(C)) No. 34 of 2026 where it is wrongly directed that the petitioner/applicant to take step to respondent Nos. 2 to 3 instead of respondent Nos. 5 & 6. It is submitted that “Respondent Nos. 2 & 3” appearing in order dated 13.05.2026 be read as “Respondent Nos. 5 & 6”. By making correction, the nature of the case does not change. It is submitted that petitioner has already taken step to respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5. [3] Petitioner prays for taking fresh step to respondent No. 6 by dasti service. [4] The oral prayer is allowed and directed to file affidavit of proof of service.
