It is the case of the prosecution that the minor child committed suicide and left a suicide note in her school bag, alleging that the present applicant along with others was responsible for her death. Therefore, on the basis of the said suicide note, the offence came to be registered in the matter.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, learned Sessions Judge has rejected bail application only on the ground that custodial interrogation
11 aba 524-2026.odt 2 of applicant is necessary for the purpose of seizure of the mobile phone. He submits that the applicant is ready to surrender his mobile phone, which is alleged to have been used in the commission of the offence.
6. In the present case, considering the fact that deceased was minor and according to prosecution, last call on mobile of the victim shown to applicant, in my opinion, it will be necessary to go through the case diary of the matter. No conclusion can be drawn at this stage of the matter.
CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO.1990/2026
1. By this application, the applicant who is the father of deceased, requested to grant permission to assist the prosecution. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
