Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed pursuant to advertisement issued in the year 1998, furtherance of such advertisement selection order was issued in the year 2001 however, the petitioner was excluded from such list of selection despite securing higher marks. Learned counsel submits that on account of illegal exclusion of the petitioner from the final list of selected candidates, the petitioner has suffered on account of not granting benefit of seniority pay fixation etc. 2. Learned counsel submits that in the similar circumstances, Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of [2026:RJ-JP:7775] (2 of 2) [CW-16886/2025] Shyam Sunder Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan in S.B. CWP No. 4687/2014 decided on 11.08.2014 has directed the petitioner to make a representation and the petitioner would be satisfied in case, similar directions are given in the present case also. 3. In view of limited prayer, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.2-Director Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner who shall consider and pass speaking order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order. 4.
