He lent Rs.6,50,000/ Constable in Punjab Police. They entered into an undertaking dated 22.09.2022 whereby respondent No.4 undertook to discharge the liability within a period one year. Respondent filed complaint dated 05.06.2025 before the police authorities. An inquiry was conducted pursuant to which respondent No.4 agreed to discharge his liability by way of cheque confronted, respondent No.4 threatened him with dire consequences.
