Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.09.2025 which is sent through Registered post. The petitioner filed the present writ petition aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the representation made by the petitioner to the respondent authorities and his grievance for non-disposal of the said representation by the respondent authorities. 2. The authorities have considered the representation and passed orders. Therefore, no cause survives in this writ petition. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
