Diwakar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. Smt. M. Asha Devi, District Agriculture Officer, Anakapalli District, is personally present before this Court. 3. Sri Ramalingeswara Rao Kocharla Kota, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, has produced the proceedings vide 2 Rc.No.Estt/78/2022, dated 07.07.2026, whereby the services of petitioner have been regularized with effect from 18.07.2022, in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 22.06.2004. 4. Sri Dhana Raju Gutu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that the said regularization ought to have been made with effect from the date of initial appointment, but not from 18.07.2022, the date on which she acquired the qualification of degree. Therefore, it is stated that the orders of this Court still remain to be complied with in toto. 5. This Court, however, is not impressed with the said submission, in as much as the issue as to the date from which the petitioner is entitled to regularization since it has not been adjudicated in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to agitate the same by initiating appropriate proceeding. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
