The present criminal misc. application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer that fifteen days time be granted to him to surrender before the court concerned and upon such surrender, his bail application be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that applicant is ready to surrender before the court concerned with fifteen days and has prayed before this Court that his bail application be considered and decided expeditiously, upon such surrender. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material available on record, this Court finds the prayer sought by the applicant to be innocuous. 7. The present criminal misc. application stands disposed of with a direction to the applicant to surrender before the court concerned with fifteen days and if the applicant surrenders and moves the bail application before the court concerned, the Magistrate concerned shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
