On behalf of the CESC Limited, a Report dated 4th February, 2026 has been filed. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they have no objection if the entire dispute be referred to the concerned Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO). In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 29671 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the concerned GRO to consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the same. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of seven days from date. If such representation is received, the 2 concerned GRO will consider the same in accordance with law.
