When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the third respondent promptly appeared before this Court and submitted that despite all initiatives taken by the third respondent to dispose of, it is only the writ petitioner and the sixth respondent who are seeking continuous adjournments, preventing the third respondent from disposing of the pending O.A.No.8 of 2023.
3. In view of the same, the petitioner as well as the sixth respondent are directed to appear before the third respondent in OA.No.8 of 2023 on 30.07.2026 and take necessary steps to facilitate the third respondent in concluding the trial and thereafter, the third respondent is
directed to pronounce orders within 10.08.2026. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
