Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation for seeking redressal of his grievances.

In view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide the representation within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order.
