This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 filed Title Suit being No. 173 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. 2. Mr. Sankar Prasad Dalapati, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the application for injunction had been filed as far back as in the year 2020 and the same is yet to be disposed of. It is submitted that numerous adjournments have been granted in the said application and as such the same still remains pending. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the 2 revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection with Title Suit being No. 173 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of parties. 5. C.O. 1036 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
