This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, praying for condonation of 85 days delay in preferring the connected appeal in its Judgment & Order dated 10.11.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)- VI, Aizawl Judicial District, Aizawl in Money Suit No 10/2022. The delay has been satisfactorily explained. This Court is of the opinion that going for issuing notice to the respondents would be a sheer wastage of time. The delay stands condoned.
