This CRLMP has been filed with a prayer to direct to the Opposite Party No. 4 to take appropriate action on the basis of the FIR dated 12.01.2026 under Annexure-1. 2. A withdrawal memo has been filed by the Petitioner stating that the advocate who is supposed to conduct the case is not reachable nor responding to his call, for which he has lost confidence in the said advocate and wants to take appropriate steps by filing a fresh petition. He does not want to proceed further in this case and may be permitted to withdraw it. The name of the counsel has however not been mentioned in the memo of withdrawn. 3. The Petitioner - Biren Kumar Jena is present in Court today and produces his Aadhaar Card. 4. Mr. Sarathi Jyoti Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions dated 01.02.2026 of the I.I.C., Ghatagaon Police Station where it is stated that pursuant to written report of the Petitioner dated 12.01.2026, Ghatagaon P.S. Case No. 48 of 2026 has been registered on 31.01.2026 against Rina Nayak and Charu Nayak for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 296, 115(2), 3(5) of the BNS. 5. In view of the said development, no direction is required to be issued in the CRLMP, which is accordingly disposed of. 6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
