1. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused- petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 588/2025 registered at Police Station Jawahar Circle District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 140(3), 309(6), 3(5), 61(2) of BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 3194/2026. Learned counsel also submits that petitioner is in judicial custody since long. He further submits that charge-sheet has already been filed and conclusion of trial may take long time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping
[2026:RJ-JP:9706] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-16937/2025] the petitioner in custody and therefore, prays that the petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner hereinabove.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case; considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been filed; co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.02.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 3194/2026 and trial will take considerably long time in its conclusion. Without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Saleem S/o Shri Chotu Khan is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
