Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to grant and pay Project Allowance to the petitioner at the rate of 15% of his basic pay for the period during which he was posted at Gare Pelma Sector-III Coal Block Project, ie., from September 2022 to December 2024. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to calculate and release the arrears of Project Allowance along PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 with interest within a time frame as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct disposal of her pending representation within a time-bound period. 10.4 Grant any other writ(s), order(s), relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner after his promotion vide order dated 07.09.2022 posted at Gare Pelma Sector-III (Coal Project) and according to the order Annexure P-1 petitioner was given 15% additional of his basic pay for his posting in the coal bearing area. Though there is order of granting additional basic pay, however, it is not granted to petitioner. Aggrieved with which, petitioner submitted representation before Respondent No. 1 on 02.08.2025, and a reminder application/ representation on 08.11.2025, which till date is pending consideration and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner, at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. Representation submitted by petitioner will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, nature of grievance raised, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of directing Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 02.08.2025 along with reminder representation dated 08.11.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
