Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15130 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)SR.No.40623 of 2026 B.PUGALENDHI, J. This petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the Judgment dated 14.11.2024 passed in C.C.No.20 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/accused has misplaced the certified copy of the Judgment. It is further submitted that the co-accused has filed an appeal and therefore, the records have been called for from the Lower Court. Hence, the petitioner is not in a position to get a certified copy of the Judgment. 3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the production of certified copy of the Judgment dated 14.11.2024 passed in C.C.No.20 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, is dispensed with. 28.07.2026 ogy https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
